It is not something that is brought on suddenly but is gradual. Repeated “little” sins make us hardhearted as to their effect in our relationship with Jesus. These repeated “little” things turn into habits and we all know habits are hard to break.

By remembering that even in our in our defeats, even when we are lowest, that we must moving closer spiritually to God. Through Him we are given comfort. Through Him we can accomplish much in regards to saving souls.

Caleb: A Different Spirit

A look at Caleb and what we can learn from his spirit.

Are you familiar with Moss sending the spies into Canaan? Read Numbers 13-14.

There were only two spies that returned and gave a positive report. One of those spies was Caleb. What we learn about Caleb is that he had a different spirit than the ten spies who came back and said that Israel could not take the land God had promised them.

What made Caleb’s spirit different from the others?

Caleb Did not Compromise
He followed the Lord Fully
He had a positive spirit
